PRODUCTS
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately.
The Aiga Apron is handmade in small batches. Because each apron is individually made and fabrics have varying prints, pattern placement will differ from the photographs shown on the website. Small variations are a natural part of a handmade product and make each apron unique.
Product photographs are intended to show the apron design, fit, construction, and available fabrics. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your screen.
FABRIC AVAILABILITY
Aiga Aprons are released in limited drops using fabrics from Mom’s collection as well as newly sourced fabrics.
Quantities vary depending on the amount of each fabric available. Some prints may make several aprons while others may make only one.
Once a fabric sells out, we cannot guarantee it will ever be available again.
ORDERS
Submitting an order means you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If Island Bakes cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable purchase amount will be refunded.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is accepted for production.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Aiga Aprons are made after an order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular drop, Aiga Aprons are estimated to ship within 7–12 days after the order is placed.
This is an estimated production timeline rather than a guaranteed delivery date. If a significant unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Purchases are also subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content on islandbakes.com—including original text, photographs, graphics, branding, product designs, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to Island Bakes and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without permission.
Purchasing an Island Bakes product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with that product or its design.
WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use the website for unlawful purposes, or use Island Bakes content commercially without permission.
CHANGES
Island Bakes may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
